Moving on....maybe.....

Shaun was out of the office doing some business 

In an area called "the highlands"...

He walked pass An amazing old home that had a sign that said "nostalgic home".

They were a real estate company that specializes in selling old homes.

He stopped in and showed them a few pics

Of our house that he had on his phone,

And asked what they thought it was worth.

The real estate market in the Denver area has sky rocketed in price since last year when we bought 

Our home....so we were curious to see the new worth of the home.

They sent out an agent a few days later to see the home,

And a few days after that we went to the nostalgic homes office to see 

The rough appraisal.

After hearing the new appraisal
We decided to put our home on the market....

Why you ask?

We had only lived in it for 8 months....

Here is why we decided to put the home on the market:

It is only 2 bed rooms on the main floor, leaving us very little room for a very fast growing family
(aka 2 kids under two years old)

The neighborhood does not have a lot of kids

No garage, which is hard with two kids while it's raining/snowing

We had potential to make some money, which we would use for a down payment on the next home

(Giving us a potential for a lower monthly mortgage on another home)

And if it doesn't sell for what we want, we can stay in it for a while.....
